Today, we had THE most awesome field trip any Baltimorean could wish for. A full tour of Camden Yards, ballpark of the Orioles (yes they suck but who the forget cares), a full tour of M&T Bank Stadium, home of the Ravens (forget yeah) and then lunch+arcade at ESPN Zone. If you don't know what ESPN Zone is, basically it's like Chuck E. Cheese's but without the gay furry suit stuff and its all sports n stuff.

It was hell load of fun.

I forgot to mention, I went to the Ravens locker room and sat in the same chair that Ray Lewis and Willis McGahee sat in :D

I went to Busch Gardens on Saturday.
German == Absolute win.

My high school and junior high had a strict no field trip policy.

Wait isn't the ESPN zone a bar? Or is that just the one in NYC? Any ways glad you had fun, my school allows no field trips :(

It has a bar, but we went at around 1 PM so there's only a few unemployed folks there :o

I was going to go to Virgina :o

Last field trip I went on was one to a college about cooking or some stuff, and we had an all you can eat buffet cooked by students. It was awesome.

In 5th grade we were going to White House but I moved. This year in Drama we are going to New York for 1000$ but its just about this time of year my parents decided it would be best to have a devorce now we lack the funds too. AND THE loving 6th GRADERS LAST YEAR GOT TO GO TO SOME GAME THING IDK IF IT WASNT THAT GREAT WE DIDNT HAVE ONE loving FIELD TRIP, forget - RAGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

We went to the Bronx Zoo all day last year.

Field trips need to be education related only. The fact that schools nowadays take field trips to grab an ice cream cone from a local store 3 blocks away is a waste of taxpayer money. I could see a physics class going bowling to show physical examples for some process in class, but they sure better be tested on it afterwards. Educations should be fun, yes, but if it has nothing to do with education and intermingles into other class schedules. Education is lost. That's what summer and the weekends and are for.

Hi there, I'm a private school student!

I envy you and yet I also pity you all at the same time. Unless you mean towards me, which I wasn't. Although it'd be interesting to be taught that way.

It has its ups and downs. Upside is higher education standards, downside is you got a bunch of snobby rich brats.

Every year my school has a summer event where students who sign up meet at Valley Fair. It's really fun, it's even more awesome how they just let us to whatever we want as long as we're back at the bus by 11.

But thats the first field trip-ish thing I've been on in years.
