I love p.e.

I can run a 6:27 mile
I can only run it at about 7:14 D:

Also, not to offend everyone in a stereo-typical way, but It's not even that hard to become decent at a sport or practice your running. If you actually do something for exercise and not play games on the computer (particularly ones where you run around, because Internet exercise isn't real), then you won't be a weak, spineless, fool who runs weird. Yeah sure, it could be embarrassing for you? Right? I'm not pointing out any names (colten), but It actually won't be embarrassing if you put on just a tiny bit of muscle to look okay, and be just 10-30% Good at a sport, you won't be embarrassing. Okay you fools? I'm not being mean (colten :D) but if you push it you will strive. That is if you want to. You could just spend your life on the internet (Don't do that)

I am offended. I challenge you to a duel.

Tom

PE probably isn't as close to a workout as marching band.

Damn nature, you scary

My school requires a full year of P.E. classes to graduate.

I find this downright ridiculous.

Why should I waste precious class spots doing something that will not affect my career? I could be taking classes that are valuable to my future, the whole reason I'm at school, but instead I have to waste my time learning how to play basketball or some other stupid sport. I know what everyone says, "It teaches you to be healthy and you should get some exercise!" "Stop being lazy and do exercise!" "It's not hard at all! Stop complaining!" No. I should be able to exercise when I want, however I want, not according to some stupid benchmark set by the school system. It's my own personal choice, and my school should not be interfering. It's like a government with too much power.

Going into the science/math/computer oriented field of architectural or engineering design (I have not decided which), P.E. is irrelevant. Last time I checked, houses and cars were not designed by playing soccer. (inb4wittycomment)

I have no problem with sports in general, I just don't see why I should be forced to play them when I have no interest in doing so at all whatsoever.

People without hands. Like me.

You insensitive jerk.

Mine requires that we take it all four years

I was required to take it for two years in junior high as well.

If we don't have Physical Education. We will all get fat and die.

THE END!

I am sad, cross country season is over

Its not like playing supports makes you fit. I'm pretty sure you don't lose much weight running up and down a basketball court pretending to care.
