The thread you have referenced uses a method of remote desktop in order to transfer images from a computer to a handheld device. The user is not actually "playing" Blockland on the device, but rather is viewing Blockland being played on a computer in (mostly) real-time. Being able to even do this requires severe modification to either a Sony PSP and Nintendo DS.

Blockland cannot run on something such as a Sony PSP or Nintendo DS. It is not possbile.

Not only is R4DS no longer supported by the modding community, but this is a modification to a system that non-sophisticated users could obtain or even operate.
