People dont know the meaning of racism.

Theres a mexican in my 6th period class. He threw some trash on the floor. The teacher told him to pick it up. He responded," Dude, thats tribal."

And I don't see how my opinion makes me stupid. It's a valid complaint because I get in trouble with parents on a weekly basis because the kids know that all they have to do is tell their mommy and daddy "Oh he's picking on me because I'm an Indian" I'm sick of them using the race card as an excuse to escape responsibility and that's what I'm talking about in my response. I have not met one Indian kid in the 3 years I've worked as an aid who hasn't accused me of being tribal because I told them to sit down and keep quiet.

I don't see anywhere in my reply stating I'm denying racism. I'm stating that people use the racism card to get what they normally wouldn't care to work for if they put in the effort because it's far more easy to make people cave in to PC jargon and threats of lawsuits duressed from racism.
