My brain is running quite well, and I don't understand.

What I do understand (or rather, I believe I understand) is:

• He's using IE.
• Something is causing him to type incorrectly, though I don't know what.
• His spell check is working, but isn't detecting the mistakes. (Which sounds kind of oxymoronic)
