Look at the people that are in this clan. You should think about who you let in if you want this clan to be about helping forums and such. To me, it seems like you're anyone who is a friend, in. If you want to run a clan like this, you're supposed to actually think twice before letting a person in. If you don't know what I mean, I'll give you an example:

What do the following people contribute; Pixl, Spockticus, .::Taboo::., Max4344??

I'm not attacking this clan because I don't like you. I'm, attacking it because of how it's run. It seems more like a rep whore fest to me. This whole invite system won't work either. Sooner or later, one of them is going to just start inviting people he/she likes instead of looking at contribution, etc. You should make an application, showing how you contribute and have multiple people review them so there won't be biased opinions about a person being in.

If you expect to change the forums, you don't need to make a clan about it, those always go bad. change your personality and people will follow. Be a good role model.
