So I might be getting a new iPod nano 5g in a couple of days, and guess what I find out?, ml_ipod, the ipod plugin for winamp doesn't support the new nano, and now, I have to use itunes to transfer my music.
But the stuff doesn't stop here, once I saved the playlist from my winamp and moved it to my itunes, all of my album artwork was deleted, so now, I have to re-add 315 loving album artworks.

Nice job apple, you just can't let me have a simple life.

I'm pretty sure iTunes has a feature to auto-apply the album artwork, it uses the store's database or something.

Edit: Yep. In iTunes: Advanced>Get Album Artwork.

Too bad its stuff and only did 25 out of 315 albums.

Yeah, it rarely works to use the iPod's album artwork get. It got 0 out of 1600 for me. But that's mostly because I didn't get any of my music through iPod or converted CDs through it. I had a CD then downloaded MP3s which I put on it and if it doesn't have album artwork, oh well. It still has the basic who and what that I care to see. Completely legal, but my iPod hates me for it.

ive only used up about 20 gb with 200 or so songs and two movies.

How is it Apple's fault that a third party plug in does not support its new iPod Nano? The artwork deal is lame though. Did you try importing the music without using the winamp playlists? If it works you still have to remake any playlists you have, but it's surely easier than redoing all the artwork.
