Oh, i misread his post... D:
Hold on, i'll edit this post in bit
Edit: Recolor Tool (Shortcut key: R): Say you have a white background, and a big blue spot in the middle, you want to color it to something else though, you use the Recolor Tool, then set blue as the secondary color (By right-clicking Blue in the color palette or by using the Color Picker (Shortcut key: K) and right-clicking the big blue blot, then set any other color as the primary color just by left clicking a color in the color palette, use the Recolor Tool to recolor the big blue blot with the primary color, you can fix the Tolerance of how many shades of the secondary color the primary color overwrite, like 0 tolerance will only overwrite one shade, 100 tolerance will color over everything as if it were a regular brush
Clone Stamp (Shortcut key: L): Have a the brush size at 10 or more so you can see the brush circle better, hold the left/right Ctrl key, and click an area to select it, then let go of Ctrl and start drawing around in a totally different area, once you start drawing, you'll see your selected area moving in the direction you are, this makes it easier to possible recreate a certain part of a image you want, but don't feel like using the Eraser or Magic Wand to delete tons of parts or something
