Author Topic: Elfiesman, banning people for killing him, when its a TDM? (Read 2264 times)

I was in a trench wars server with this guy "Elfiesman" in it. He seemed like a pretty nice guy. Until the host started the TDM. I started killing everyone I saw on the Red team, including Elfiesman. He was admin and said "Do not kill me idiot I am building". So I said "It is a TDM. No rules". Then I am perma'd for the reason "DO NOT DO THAT N00B!" Exactly like that.

Answer; don't go to his server. I think he did you a liberty. You have not made any loss here.

Solution : Don't go to servers you suspect to have bad admins. Leave right when they start a TDM and tell you not to kill them.

He told you not to kill him did you do it again? Also he is an admin if he tells you to not to do something you don't do it.

So you attempted to tell an admin the rules? No, that isn't how it works.

If an admin states a rule, that rule should be followed. Even though it may be a handicapped reason, I feel the ban was completely justified.

Well, the host just randomly gave him admin for "mining good". I would not think he was in charge.

Also, the host clearly said "We are at war now. No mining / building." I would not think its fair for admins to break rules but players can not.

Actually if he was seriously building don't kill him. Though he should get builder mode.

Diggy's server is pretty bad too. Diggy used to be alright, now he seems to be a bit of a prick.

Regardless, if he says not to kill him because he was building you should have stopped.

If you felt that him building was a violation of the host's rules then you should have reported him to the host and let the host deal with him.

Deliberately breaking the admins word was just asking for a ban.
