How do you get a profile picture

I just joined yesterday and i just want to know how to get that picture under your profile name.

Picture tutorial time.

First you click on the "Profile" button.

Then you click on the "Forum Profile Information"

Then click on the "I will upload my own picture", NOTE: If you have an animated avatar, ex. GIF, it must be 75x75 or it will not be animated.

Once you have your picture you want to post hit "Change Profile"
