There will be no yellow base.
Though there will be a super secret admin control room in an island, with control of the lights, cameras, and it'll be able to detonate (And disappear -1) sections of bridge.

I hate it when people have admin only areas, and when you somehow find a way in, they force kill you. Then, if you are an admin, it's not really fun anymore.
