The only thing I can think of these "Key Lottery!" threads is that they are done to gain publicity of the user who originally made the post and rigs the lottery to give them to a gimmick account that is controlled by the original poster so that they don't have to actually shell out money.
I mean, who seriously has sixty dollars to just give away?
