So. I'm playing Blockland around 4:00 MST today. My mom shouts to me, "(my real life name), take a break for a little while!" I shout back, "Okay," and leave the computer. I walk into the kitchen and she tells me to come sit down with her at the table. I think to myself, "Osht, not another lecture..."
I sit down and she gives me a loving half hour lecture about how my grades are so bad right now.

I think, "The forget??"

I'm taking 7 classes, 2 of which are advanced placement and another 2 of which are I.B. Both of the I.B. classes are currently A's, and one of the A.P. classes is an A, the other's a B. In the oter three classes, I have two B's and another A. [sarcasm]Yeah, my grades are real damn horrible right now.[/sarcasm]

I proceed to tell her this and she, not at ALL surprisingly, doesn't believe me. She doesn't think I complete or turn in my homework, and she thinks I text during class. My phone is off during class. I don't text much during school, period.

All I want to say to her is:
Bitch, please.

tl;dr My mom thinks I have bad grades right now when in reality I have four A's and three B's. Give me a goddamn break.

Tell your teachers to actually email her or call her about his actual grades, or maybe your grades ARE going down.

I wouldn't blame your parents for thinking you're texting. Half my class texts in class (odd sentence wording yes).

SHE ONLY WANTS THE BEST FOR YOU
STOP BLAMING HER FOR BEING A loving GOOD MOTHER YOU SPOILED stuff!

Well, my teachers aren't currently grading any tests/quizzes of mine, all my homework's turned in except for this weekend's homework which I've already done... Asking my teachers to email here might work. But I'm not sure, she's so damn hard to convince.

Arc did you read all of it?

He is doing awesome and his mom is bein a paranoid bitch

Big loving deal, he should be grateful his mother is actually looking out for him, regardless of how is doing.
And he complains that she cares about him?
I have no loving faith left in this generation :\

u mad

Dude. 1. I never said I was blaming her. 2. If she wanted the best for me, she would check up on my grades for me like she used to do. Lecturing me for having "awful" grades is not wanting the best for me.

I think she is just like
" o he has b's, he mus be txtn becus all de othr kids r"

Very mad.

Well I'm sorry you're mad, but it's kinda getting old now. She's given me little "mini-lectures" in the past and I just kinda let them slide. But when I'm working my ass off to get good grades in pretty hard classes and she tells me to do better? Yeah, I can do better, (not by much) but when she uses the words "awful grades" to describe them, it's kinda like... "What the hell are you talking about? What's your impression of good grades, mom?"
