Author Topic: Bushido  (Read 8362 times)

This topic is concerning a very popular member of Blockland. That is why I might be flamed for this post. But in my opinion, it is well worth it.

This is what happened: I went on Bushido's server earlier today, just to see what was going on. I wanted build trust to build inside a dorm. I asked for his trust, but by mistake, I hit the full trust button. Now this probably got him angry, he might have thought I was an idiot or a troll just looking for trouble, so he of course, ignored me. I tried to explain the situation three times and asked for build trust, each to which he didn't respond. Finally on the fourth polite explanation, and build trust request, he muted me. The least he could of done is said no. I logged off, and then logged back on, thinking he would perhaps give me another chance to explain myself, I then was banned, without warning.

Now sure, he has every right to do what he did. But was it right? No. It seems higher up members think they have the right to be rude to less popular ones. I have seen this before. Or perhaps he is just that way. The fact of the matter is, whether you agree with me or not, it was unjust.

Now, before you say, "Deal with it", or something to that nature, think if this happened to you. I am sure you would be mad, whether you deny is right now or not. Like I said before, it was an unfair mute and banishment.

In conclusion, I still respect Bushido for his mods, scripts and such. And I still respect him as a person. But he was acting like a baby. I don't hate him, I am just angry with what he did.

Here is a chat log:

Thank you.

I think you deserved it, you asked a lot. It would have gotten annoying.

bleh.
your fault reconnecting to be unmuted, he obviously wanted you to shut up.

Boo loving hoo. Servers are a Dictatorship, not a Democracy.

Yeah, this does seem unfair

ITT: People who don't read things properly.

On topic: How long was the ban time? I'm just wondering. Bushi was doing the wrong thing, but you did the wrong thing when you reconnected to get your mute off.

Gah no edit.

ITT was wroten before the 3rd reply.

Bushido was being a cigarette.

I think you deserved it, you asked a lot. It would have gotten annoying.

This. If you asked politely just once, he probably would've thought differently than you spamming up the chat with your woe. It's generally a good idea to not spam a chat, no matter what server you're in or why you're doing it.

I still respect Bushido for his ... scripts

Lol.

Seems a little unfair, but I'd like to hear his side of the story. Being the host can be stressful, and honestly, I'm more strict with what I ban for after a long day of complete idiots swinging in and out of my server like baboons. As well, if he was dealing with something else at the time, it might have been annoying when you kept asking.

Like I said, I'll need to hear his side before I judge anything here.

I think this seems unfair. Bushido really can't have that solid of an argument in this instance if he never responded but very obviously knew you were asking him something.

What I could see this turning into is him calling you a liar.

Every time I asked him, I waiting like a few minutes in between. I didn't constantly ask him.

That screenshot is from Slate, right? I don't remember Bushido ever hosting on Slate, and I just asked him to make sure...

(4:03:13 PM) Alex: what
(4:03:13 PM) Alex: never

Fake pic, per chance?

Bushi has been hosting on slate for his City build >:{

Seems a bit unfair but still, you could have waited an hour or two before trying to do buildtrust.
