If you feel like joining, then it depends on what decision i make that if you need to make an app. If you are a friend of a friend of mine who's in my clan, you wouldn't need to make an app or if you are just simply a friend of mine. Random idiots will be kicked. AKA idiots such as halcynthis or people like that.
As a few clans do, i also have a ranking system. We have a vote about every 2 months (if i don't forget) to choose new commanders, captains, and leaders.
