I don't think it needs to be more overpowered.

Sorry to say but... the bars that connect to the air balloon are too long and this is copyed off the vehical airship

It works fine, but you didn't approve it because you don't spawn on top of the balloon when you get out.

Not horrific, but not good.

This isn't really a blimp, as blimps don't have a halfass rectangle attached to 'em. This is an attempt at a hot air ballon/blimp that's bland and generally unappealing. If you changed the shape of the big balloon part, it would be a hot air ballon, but in a way, it already is. But I'd say it's a fairly pitiful attempt at a blimp mixed with a deformed hot air ballon.
