i made a bbgun (gun edit) the colours are different and the projectile and the name when you spawn it is different and the damage and sound are diferent but how do i make it so when i tick the bbgun and the gun it does not overwrite the wepon gun i want to know this so i can post my wepon(toy).

If you mean overwriting the default gun.
Then name your .ZIP folder Weapon_BBGun
Then it should not overwrite the default gun.


If that is not the problem, then be more specific.

Butler's wrong (Sorry for putting it the mean way), you have to go into the weapon_BBGun, and find server.cs. Somewhere near the middle/bottom, there'll be something called "\\Gui stuff", and under that, "UIname = Gun". Press Ctrl+H, and in the "find" box, type "gun". In the replace (I think) box, type "BBGun". Make sure to name everything that was "Gun" in the Weapon_BBGun file to "BBGun". Kinda confusing, I know. Just think about what I said, step-by-step.
