Erm... I rate it 4/10.
Why?
You need to learn to build more conservantly. Instead of using 1x4's, stacked up 5 times, use a 1x4x5. Scroll down in the brick menu to find some of these bricks;
Try building ON the baseplate, the ClearSpamBricks command would clear the wall, because it's not on the baseplate;
Don't use 1x16f's for a floor and roof, use Baseplates instead;
This build needs a roof as well.

Try improving a bit.

If I may I would say 3/10 or maybe a 4/10 anyhow it has potential firstly I would suggest getting rid of that hideous lamp and maybe even adding some windows.

Its good it just needs a little work thats all and considering its your first build its not so bad.

Yeah....but I couldn't get the hammer to break anything..

That's because the hammer only breaks bricks that won't crumble the building in some way. Try hitting bricks on the top/bottom and see which one works.

Anyway, it's better than my demo build, but could sure use some work. If I were you, I'd take up Koopa's suggestion.
