New Vehicle : Fast Jeep

This is a jeep that is exactly like the original one. Only it goes faster, way faster. I tried making it even faster, and it went TOTALLY out of control. So it is reduced from the SUPER Fast Jeep, to the Fast Jeep, still good.

Which was completely unnecessary. So what, you changed a couple numbers, big deal.

Not to mention this can be done with console commands, as people have said before me.
