It gets quite laggy if more than five or six people start spamming rockets at once...

Most people smart enough to download add-ons would see the spammability in this, and would just disable it.
Edithurr: Make it into the Javelin Rocket Launcher :D
...But with one-shot reloading for non-spamming.

Make it so that the projectile isn't spawnable from events.
Else it will be spammed with that.
Also, reload is a way to stop spamming, for a bit.

Yeah, but everything gets really jerky and slows down with 'ghosting' every so often.

I have a Homing Rocket Launcher in my server which I've given to Bushido to make into an interceptor plane. The rockets curve on a path rather than instantly jerking towards targets which makes them look very cool.

Oh god we need this with lasers.
Then we can have plasma beams. <3
