Should this block be removed from the gallery? If anything, a gallery thread should be able to come back to life. A build does not have to be new to be appreciated.

I agree, I hate having to not-post in a gallery topic because its "too old". Because the gallery is slow, a "too old" topic can remain on the first page for days.
