It needs to apply to off-topic, drama, possibly general discussion, suggestions, modification discussion(not the help sections), and the two Age of Time boards. I don't see too much of a problem with bumping certain old topics elsewhere if the reason is good.

I remember when i first realized that there was a website forums like this.

The first day i signed up i made like 7 topics and about 4 random   spam

topics....... I got banned for 5 days.....

I still cant find my "hacker" topic. That was actualy my first post...
