No-see bricks glitch!

On my friend's server, We comonly see that our builds are invisible to someone, not even holding a tool will reveal the brick. I fix it by duping the build, it seems to work. But CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIX IT?!??!?!

Maybe A: You should stop taking in caps. Or, B: someone deleated it.
