That's due to the way bricks light, there's not much you can do about it.

And if you could spawn the light a stud away from th bricks? Then it would have the same effect of aiming at the ground before the big brick.( I think)

I don't see why'd you'd bother to, your player light behaves exactly the same way.

It's made to see things that are far away in the dark where the personal light can't light up the dark.

Well I'm waiting for an answer. Is it possible to be fixed?

It is, but it wouldn't be worth the effort to fix. Your player light does exactly the same thing. I love what you've done with it and I can tell you that nobody is going to mind this. I would say that this is ready for release.

Tom

I think it can actually. I think your spawning it slightly behind the brick face, so even making it .1 unit away would fix it.

I'm gonna delete some useless stuff and then I'll release it.

No, it's because a face is lit based on the light at each of its vertexes (corners) so if you shine a light in the middle, it's not near any of the corners so the face assumes there's very little/no light and doesn't appear lit.

Well I think I have made improvement on it. Somehow I managed to make it light more pieces without making light radius bigger. :)
