Agreed.

However if I am reading it correctly, it looks right.... However a better picture would be nice. Also - Make sure your firewall has an exception set up.

What firewall are you using.

(To test if this is the problem - temporarily disable your firewall and possibly any live agent system protectors while you host, just once)
If this is the problem there should be some ways of setting up and exception
