Lacking in a security system is generally considered "unsecure". Sure he didn't provide a url in this instance but it wouldn't take long for someone (even an idiot like Zoneark) to try a couple of urls. The fact that he even bothered to write the bracketed part is just an invitation for anyone bored enough to go and try and find it.
