It's private because it isn't loving done, and Spock had asked me not to. If it was bug-free and working and completed and perfect then I would've posted a download link. This is literally my first non-open-beta modification discussion thread. In fact, I was literally discussing plans to release the mod with Spock and several other Craftsmen members when you posted that.
