where in the world do you put paintsets?

C:\Program Files\Blockland\Add-Ons (or wherever your Blockland\Add-Ons is installed to)

Once you've done that and you're starting a game, be sure to click the "Colersets" button in the Start A Game menu, click the colorset you want to use, then click Load.

i cant find the button in the start a game thing

/headdeskIt is directly above the server types (Single Player, LAN, Internet), button labeled "Colorsets."

That's a Return To Blockland feature as far as I know.

In the Start A Game menu? I think not. For me, it was there before I ever had RTB.
