PNG Error

So I keep crashing on Wicked's City RPG getting a PNG error.  I turned off all downloads under network options and I still crash.  Heres the console log.

Right, because its my add-ons crashing me for this one server right.  Obviously its the server's add-ons.  Anyone else have a solution?

It's the file in your Add-Ons folder you dolt.
Reinstalling fixes pretty much everything - why wouldn't it fix this?
