How do I make them? As in the ones in events like playsound. How do I make those?

Open a sound_whatever file in your add-ons folder, look at it, and then copy it but use your own sounds. It's not that hard.

Yea but in every sound file there is a server thing and the there is a name check. What do I do with does?

Have a look in them, what do they contain? What do you think you should change to make it work with your mod? The best way to learn to mod is by trying things out, if it doesnt work - why not? Its better than us just telling you what to do.
