i didnt touch the files or deleted them or press sync but the scripts thing might be the problem and one time i had to delete ptta cause it disables server control and when its disabled it mutes the server.

EVAL allows access to the host's console to super admins. They can delete the host's files, but not the files of those who join.
Add-on loss is probably a different script. I'd advise you look at your recently downloaded add ons and delete them.
