the Blockatton Project is now in affect. a nuke is being manufactured and will be devastating in tdm's. the goal is for it to come out before valentines day( so you can send a gift to your fried) it will be more recitalist  that the mini nuke, and if it was used in a city rpg, the user of the nuke would get about 5 dozen tickets. wish me luck on the project
