2. I had same problem. Its a bug in your Blockland that screws up graphics becuase I had it before.

Apparent solution: Get a new computer.

Turn on Vsync.
I had this problem, go into Video Options, there should be a box that says "Disable Vsync". Make sure there's no checkmark in it.
Reset Blockland.
