Abusive or not, what the admin says goes.  Servers aren't democracies.  Believe it or not, they are ultimately dictatorships.  If you don't like your dictator, you are fortunately given the right to leave and go find a new one.  If you are friend, however, you won't be given good treatment by any admins.
