"The Sandman" - doesn't show up ingame, help?

Well, basically I've been having a little trouble figuring out why "The Sandman" doesnt go on the ingame weapon list on my server.

I've tried deleting a few useless vehicles, weapons and items, but the Tf2 Sandman doesn't show up.

Can anybody tell me why this is?

(Also, I'm not sure if this belongs in Help or here, so I'll let an admin move it if he likes.)

On-topic: Do default add-ons, and if it still doesn't work, then re-download the add-on. If it still doesn't work, re-download the game.

The problem may be caused by going over the datablocks limit, which would stop the weapons in my pack being executed at all. If you remove everything and redownload just the TF2 Scout Pack then we can see if it's a problem with my Add-On, your computer or the other mods you had.
