Religion wars do nothing but make the people who participate feel angry and frustrated because nobody gets anywhere and everyone just sends out streams of what they believe at each other which are either ignored or contradicted by the other side. It's a damn stalemate.

Everyone has their own beliefs. I can't be sure, but I assume most if not all of the people on the forum live somewhere where the freedom of religion is exercised. A.K.A. you can believe what you want. So shut up, nobody wants to hear it. You're not going to accomplish anything.

I'm getting tired of this. Any topic that mentions anything even remotely close to any religion instantly turns into a Christian vs. Atheist battlefield. I can see this one doing the same thing, because you people are too thick to realize it's pointless to do so. I have my own opinions about other's religious beliefs, but I keep them to myself. What a concept! Try it sometime. Like now, perhaps?

The first person in a thread who disrespects another person's belief (even if that person worships bananas) should be banned. It's the petty insults and needless trolling that gets people all worked up. It's not always easy to pinpoint who starts the fight, but it's usually just one comment that does it.

No one can prove anything. You can not disprove religion. You can not disprove the Big Bang Theory. You can not disprove that we evolved from starfish (Well, maybe you can). Anyway. Every single religious fight ends up with the same people spouting off the same insults. It's like someone took a thread from 2005, cloned it, and then spat it back out again every few weeks or so.

Notice, I am staying completely neutral here. Please do the same.

Yes, I did say I believed in heaven, and I did say a religion war would start, though it was mostly the fact I knew that this always happens, and the fact Inverted challenges every religious opinion he sees. It is partially my fault and I acknowledge that.
