I smell so much fake on this. Like he's going to come on the internet for advice when he'd most likely still be on the phone with police until they arrive. They do give out that kind of information over the phone.

I don't think a playstation would knock someone unconscious, especially if a kid threw it, I've been hit in the head with PLENTY of hard things, like bats, fists.... bats, and I have never been knocked unconscious.
