ok i have the mininuke and it's not in the game what do i do it worked fine till V13

Don't.
It was Crap-On'd for a reason: It overwrites the RocketLauncher's Radius damage, I think.

I'm not going to help you bypass the system.

Your solution is to delete it, that way you don't have it anymore.

Also, even if you rename it the CRC will Crap-On it anyways.
