%1 is broken?

Anyone know why? Since i got v13, The minigame chatmsgall and welcome message in rtb prefs, do not display the players name when i use %1

Anyone know why? Since i got v13, The minigame chatmsgall and welcome message in rtb prefs, do not display the players name when i use %1

%1 will show as %1 to you when you update prefs, but when someone joins, it'll say to them 'Hey <person name>'
