Mac OSX download trouble Please help FAST

I downloaded version 13 and I start it then the icon at the dock disappears.
It never shows a Blockland window.
what do I do to fix this it did the same thing with the .dmg and .zip?
should i try the windows?

but you mean the game is launching up, then crashing?

my first thought is maybe your operating system is to old?
