I never used Ibans rpg, so i wouldnt know if this is ibans. All i know is i never seen a city rpg like this.
 It had events call "sellfood" you can sell food choose how much profit you want from it. It is a pretty decent system. There wouldnt be a way to have infinite free food either. It has a sellfood event. This isnt your rpg where players sell items, the players events sell items.

It must be so cool because it has food!

Seriously, just bank your money and let yourself starve. All it does is kill you once. Continue to earn money.
