Wanding someone else's bricks without trust?

I don't know if this goes here, but I was on Duke 838's server and he was trying to make a road, and someone named Teddy Trooper was wanding the street (not destructo wand) without his trust. I have no idea how she did it.

There's a trust mod.
They probably switched it to No Trust for Wand.

Change the trust level to 3.
