Decal/Face not showing up?

Well. Maybe no one knows a solution? Don't you have to enable Decal/Faces on Add-Ons before starting a server?

You have spaces in the filename of your decal possibly.
Try removing any spaces in the .png's filename and replace them with underscores (if necessary).

or Face_*name_here***

It's what happened when I was creating faces.
My dad put spaces in the filename.

I made one that was showing up in the tick off box bit but didn't appear in the acctall choose faces bit. Have you made the pics the right size?
