Evented Bots rapidly keep respawning when minigame starts!

Ok, I'm trying to make a TDM where you have AI bots. I want them to wear the correct clothing, have the weapon I want them to, and attack the team I want them to, but when I start the minigame, they rapidly keep respawning, and this also happens when I end the minigame. I hate Too many events at once! (onBotSpawn)

Or if you have RTB, You can edit it in the Server Options as an admin by pressing Control + A then going to the pretty green button.
