Name:  Rebel's Mafia RPG [Building]

Mafia RPG
This will be a major project that I would like to undertake with a few people.  Think Godfather + RPG. 

Setting
New York City in the late 50's, with busy streets, many buildings.  Stores on every corner, just waiting to be "Protected".  Little Italy, Brooklyn, Hell's Kitchen, and Midtown, the four districts.  Each district is owned by one family in the beginning of the game.

GamePlay
Four districts and four families.  When you join, you join a family, start out as a brand new goon.  Rise through the ranks by doing some of the Mafia's favorite activities; extortion, money laundering, drug trafficking, hits, bank robbery, or Gang Wars.  Eventually you can get to a level where you can direct lower level members to work together to, for example, attack a rival families warehouse, or hijack their truck filled with money.

Join the Family

• Barzini Family - They hail from Midtown.  They are the family with the best relations to each other family.  They also have strong connections in Cuba.
• Corleone Family - Once the most powerful family, based in Little Italy.  Very respectable, although with Don Corleone getting so old, someone has to take control.
• Cuneo Family - From Hell's Kitchen, not the richest group of folks.  They have fewer rackets, but will stop at nothing for the family.
• Stracci Family - Dominating Brooklyn, they are the meanest, cut-throat guys you'll ever regret meeting.  Their neighborhood looks nice in the day, but at night watch yourself.

Want to help?

You can help in more than one area.

I need:

Builders - You must be able to build along with an existing style, but also must be creative.  You should be a relatively good builder, but if your not you may be able to do small stuff.

Eventers - Must be able to work with VCE (Variables V5.4).  This will not be a skill-grinding RPG, but we will need variables for many things.  Must be talented.

Scripters - I don't know entirely too much about scripting, but for example you should be able to make;  A car with windows that can be rolled up and down with spacebar.  Would be best if when in the car you could see through the windows, but when out of the car you can't see through the windows.

Modelers - Must be able to model well enough.  You don't need to be amazing.

You must app, even if you were accepted before!

Btw: There were 5 boroughs in the Mafia, which were: The Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. This correlates with the five families. I don't know if this is supposed to be realistic but I'm guessing it is since you DID include Brooklyn. On the other hand it sounds like you just made up some stupid places.

Basically I believe that 4 families will be hard to support, nonetheless five.  I may even shrink it down to 3 boroughs and families, but im not sure yet.

I kick major ass with the VCE. I know how to use everything that the VCE uses. I've made resource mods with the VCE. It's tricky but possible. Thanks to Destiny fixing alot of glitches, it should run much smoother. I'd be glad to help you. I am available most weekends.

I am unsure if this is the scripter or modeler's job, but If the windows could be rolled up and down (For drive-by) that would be great.
