Items Staying in Inventory

Ok, so I was using a 7 item player and one of the items was in the 6th inventory slot when i died.  When I spawn it's still there and it just takes up room and shows the item icon, but wields the item above it.  I tried changing the player datablock then back again and its still there.  Help please, thanks!

Oh, it just wields the last selected item, not necessarily from above.  Also, it cannot be dropped.  Any ideas on how to fix it?  I think its chronos player item holder extension thing.

Try replacing the multiple slots support in your Multiple Slots Player with this version of the file. Extract the zip file to a normal folder of the same name, delete the zip and then change the file in the folder. If you have Support_InventorySlots or whatever as an Add-On then remove it.
