Hand-drawn Blockhead hand & hammer

Well, I was bored at school the other day, so I decided to take out my notebook and draw. After some thinking, I started to draw a Blockhead's hand, and I then added a hammer. This is what came out of it:



The quality isn't great because I used my webcam, as my scanner is on the fritz. It's naturally cut off at the top because I didn't plan on adding the hammer so it went off the paper.

I'd like some opinions on it and suggestions on what I can improve.
