Yes, you can do other quests. The quest does not begin until all five slots are full. You can't pay 30 and 63 because the reward is divided up between all five participants of the quest, meaning you don't get all of the rewards for yourself.

EDIT: I want to take creationary skill class lv1 please, so I can do the cimple forest quest. I am willing to pay 6 silver and 23 bronze for the MAGIC-BOW - (I can pay once I do the quest right?)

I just had an idea.

If I get a creationary point get something, when the five players sign up for dragons seige, we can kill it.

The plan is is that all five of us must have the blunt dagger. Then when we meet the dragon I can throw the something in the dragons mouth to block up its fire hole and choke it. If it doesn't block up his fire hole it would at least disract him. Then while it was annoyed we could all hammer it with all our blunt daggers. That might either kill it or give it blood poisning.
