A port is making an old Add-On work with a new version.
A reupload is posting the Add-On because the original link is broken, or has fixed bugs.

Porting is when an add on (usually a weapon or vehicle) does not work with the current version of Blockland, so someone fixes the script and posts it.

Anyway, you didn't need to re-upload, people can always find it by using the Search button.
