I'd buy just for extra space on flipnote studio and other drawing applications.

The DSi was created because they wanted to compete with devices that could already surf the web, take photos, and such; as well as the more than likely possibility that they ran out of other ideas.

The DSi XL is, in my opinion, a sad attempt to improve on the previous, yet already poor, idea.

You're loving kidding, right? I just paid 150 for the DSi, which, may I add, isn't worth 150 for the loving stuffty internet and terrible camera, and now they're coming out with another upgrade? And this upgrade also looks sub-par. After their DSi blunder, I really don't think Nintendo has any grasp on the gaming community any more.

More space as in more room to draw, not extra storage. I have 4 2gb sd cards.
